Yeah, another Bot piece. I like painting the little guy, but the next one will be something different.

This one was a serious learning experience. Much bigger than the first and just a lot more complicated in general. I still feel like someone walking around in the dark with this medium, but it's nice in that everything I do is a good lesson. Just when I think I'm understanding something, the paint will do something weird or unexpected and I just have to learn and adapt as I go. It's a medium that can do anything. It's been a great experience so far.

Just wait until you discover liquin. The paint can go on the board so slick and thin.

I feel ya, I've been starting with oils recently as well, it's a tough medium to get used to after using digital coloring for so long.

Yeah, traditional anything will give you a tough time. Especially if you're accustomed to digital.

Imagine when you hit the # 25 mark, well, ... The 50ish mark CUZ this is just the beginning ANd the learning process NEVER stops!

I have done over 250 oils by now AS Commissions/Jobs and still learn gobs of new information with EACH painting I endeavor into. ;)

Nice job Chris:highfive:
