Audience With Cyrathas

From the art notes:
This half-page horizontal illustration shows a tense meeting between a handful of adventurers and Cyrathas, the diseased elven leader of a gang known as the Green Daggers. The scene occurs in a richly appointed room with rich new tapestries covering run-down, stained walls in what was once a very nice mansion that has since fallen into disrepair. The elven leader sits in a gilded throne inlaid with silver and gold on rich wood.

Cyrathas is an elven man of sharp features and noble dress in cloths of blue and green inlaid with semiprecious gemstones, although he hasn't changed clothes in a few days and looks a bit desperate. His entire gang, himself included, has been beset by a mysterious blinding disease-signs of the early stages of the illness mark his face in the form of messed up eyes and dark patches around his eyes. He has short-cropped blond hair greased back on his head. He wields a short sword and wears a nice cloak over his garb. The adventurers (up to three) talking to him can look like just about anything appropriate for a European-style fantasy world.
